Chicken 65

fa 300gms chicken

1. marinate boneless chicken with some salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and refrigerate for half hour
2. After marinating time, add 1 and ½ tbsp corn flour and 1/2 beaten egg. Fry for not mo...re than 4-5 mins. Keep aside.
3. Whip 2tbsp yogurt while adding salt, 1tsp soya sauce, ½ tbsp vinegar and some red color
4. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, slit green chillies and ginger garlic paste. When it splutters add the whipped yogurt n stir for 2 mins, add the fried chicken pieces n cook till its almost dry.
5. Garnish with fried curry leaves, green chillies, onions rings and lemon wedges.
