chicken shashlik

.chicken shashlik....
thanx to my friend bushra for sharing the recipe....

INGREDIANTS:
chicken: 1 cup boneless cubes
GG paste: 1Tbs
lemon:1
salt and pepper to taste
onio:n half cup cut in cubes
carrots: half cup
capsicum: half cup
chinese salt: half tsp
soyasauce: 1tsp
hot sauce: 1tsp
vinegar: half tsp
chicken cube: 1
tomato ketchup: 3/4th cup or 1 cup if u like more
corn flour: 3Tbs

RECIPE:
1-for chicken, take chicken cubes and marinate in
...ginger garlic paste
...lemon juice
...salt, black pepper, red pepper for 10 min

2- fry this chicken in little amount of oil, till the color changes
3- cut onion, carrots and capsicum in small cubes and add it to the chicken in pan.. . keep the flame in medium (never low as the vegetables will no longer remain crunchy if the flame is low) fry vegetables for maximum 1 min
4- add chinese salt, soyasauce, hot sauce and vinegar
5- add chicken cube and tomato ketchup (i mixed half cup of chilli garlic and half cup of simple ketchup)
6- mix corn flour in little water and add it to the gravy... its upto u how much thick gravy u want.... let it simmer for 1 min and serve hot with macronis or fried rice. Enjoy!!!!
