Hungarian Chicken wings

Hungarian Chicken wings

Ingredients:

• Chicken wings
• Sweet peppers --- Red and green ( I couldn’t find red)
• Scallions – 3-4
• Onions – 2 small sized
• Black pepper – 2 tsp
• Coriander powder – 2 tsp
• Garam masala – half tsp
• Olive oil
• GG paste (2 tbsp)
• Vinegar – 1 tsp


Cut sweet peppers in squares, and cut scallions diagonally. Also cut onions and keep aside. Fry chicken wings with GG paste and oil. Keep on turning till they get brown. Put on paper to get all the oil drained. Now in the same oil, put all the scallions and onions and fry. Add black pepper, coriander powder, and garam masala. Also put some vinegar.
Add the fried wings, and cook on medium heat. After few minutes, add sweet peppers, and salt (to taste).

Cook till all the stuff gets synchronized :) put some lemon for taste...

DONE…. Enjoy with roti or boiled rice
