Cream Caramel

Cream Caramel
Ingredients:
1 small can condensed milk
Milk or water (measure by same tin)
6 large eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar

Method:
First prepare caramel boil sugar on low heat without any water be careful dont put high heat. When it turns light brown pour into dish and spread all over quickly.
After make mixture. Beat the eggs separately and mix condensed milk and milk with vanilla essen.
Now add beaten eggs into mixture and mix well. Do not over beat. Pour mixture into dish over caramel and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Place dish in baking tray with a little water and bake in oven.
Bake on 180c for about 40 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. If u haven't oven u can use double boil method too.
After keep frige for at least 4 hrs and then loosen edges with knife and invert on plate and serve...
Dont over bake it. If you want more cream taste use milk....
