CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS

200 grams chicken breast diced
...marinaed for this
2-3 pods of garlic cut
a pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar
2 tablespoons light soya sauce
mix the chicken and keep aside while u prepare the rest of the ingredients
1/2 cup of white mushrooms diced
1 onion chopped lengthwise
black pepper, oregano and a tiny sprinkle of dark soya sauce
oil as needed
METHOD
in a non stick wok heat the oil ( she used abt 2 tablespoons) and sautee the chicken till it changes into a pleasant brown color, then add the mushrooms and the onions and all the seasoning. cook for a little time else the chciken wont be soft and juicy.
serve with white rice
